The experience was great as long as you stay focused and realize the goal is not to be perfect but to be Betr! The one thing that Inlearned in the last 30 days was that the only person who was going to advocate for my own health needs is me. As a busy working Mom it’s hard to do that. I can tell you that it is possible with the right amount of drive and effort. Don’t be afraid to tell friends and family what you are doing as it creates accountability within your support system. Read the articles and realize you can still live a life of going out to eat and so on, just knowing what you can and can’t have is the most important thing. Finally, exercise! Whatever capacity that is for you. This has made me realize that eating Betr and going for my walks every day just make me feel better overall!

I am so excited about this program. I feel like I eat all the time but I never feel hungry. I met my goal but have set another one to lose a few more pounds.

I have been dating for over 30 years. I have done everything from weight watchers, physician managed weight loss and weight management, and even had a gastric sleeve done. Nothing has been easier than the etr Health program! I have lost 20 pounds in less than seven days, and I continue to lose it. No hunger, no weird supplements or anything to take. Just honest to goodness good food.
