My experience with Betr Health was very good. If I had to say anything negative it would be the coach that I had. She rarely responded to my questions and gave very little support. But what you learn through the videos, website, etc were top notch and helped me even without coach support.

I am so glad I decided to start the Betr Health program! I’ve always felt something was wrong with me because, I would fail at every diet I tried. Now I know, it was dieting that was failing me. I didn’t need a diet, I needed to heal and reset. Thanks to Betr Health, I’m learning how to nourish my body, and keep it healthy.

I stumbled upon Betr by filling out a survey sent by my insurance company. I was not planning on starting a weight loss journey, but I wanted to try being gluten and dairy free for a month to improve my psoriasis (at my dermatologist’s suggestion), so I signed up. I found Betr L1 easy to follow. We love cooking at home and found recipes through Betr and Pinterest with only L1 ingredients. My favorites are the meatballs and marinara, ground chicken egg roll in a bowl, and a grilled steak or burger on the weekends. I try to have white fish at least once/week (my go-to when dining out, too). Over time, as I got into a routine, it was easier and easier to choose salads and pass on sweets. I didn’t even miss my daily Diet Coke! You can’t compare pounds lost with others, as we are all starting at different weights, ages, and habits. I lost 30 pounds and honestly, it has not been much of an effort, it just takes planning. Now that I’m L3 (and still losing), I know it’s OK to sometimes have something not on plan — I still enjoy meals out with friends, parties, vacation, and alcohol. I recommend Betr as a way to change your eating habits. With Betr, you can eat delicious, simple food while losing weight and inches. Good luck!
