This program is amazing! I had pretty much lost hope after a number of failed diets. I'm in Level 1, week 3 and I'm down 13 lb's. The food is delicious and easy to prepare. If you don't like to cook they have a meal delivery service as well. This program works!!

Yes, this plan is a real change from the way most of us eat. The advantages are real. Here’s how I approach this plan: Level One - I followed as recommended. If there was an event where it would be difficult to follow the plan, I packet my meal(s) and brought them along. You can’t stop doing the things you enjoy doing, you just need to modify where you can. Now I’m on Level Two. More variety. If O go out to dinner, I review the menu and find what fits with this program. Many restaurants accommodate dietary requests so you can enjoy the social and eating aspect of going out to dinner. It just takes a bit of thought and planning. This plan can be as flexible or restrictive as you make it. Be creative!

I highly recommend Betr Health! I officially started with Betr Health 9/13 and lost 7 lbs in 7 days but I did a soft start 2 weeks before my official start date following the Level 1 Baseline Foods and lost 9 lbs, so now I lost total of 16 lbs😊 Losing weight is just a bonus for me, my main goal is to be completely taking off my blood pressure medication and stay healthy! In just few weeks, I can definitely tell the difference! I sleep better, have more energy and no more body aches. Thanks to Coach Sally, she’s awesome and my great support! Betr Health is amazing program and definitely life changing!

This is been a great program… And I have tried a few. Not only did I lose 12 pounds in 25 days, my blood pressure is the lowest it’s been in a very long time. Hoping I can discontinue my medication. I will be checking my cholesterol levels next week… But expect good news. I love the combination of one on one, group and a program you can explore on your own. I have recommended the program to several of my friends and colleagues.

I recently had a knee replacement and while my healing was standard per my doctor, I was a little impatient with my progress. The diet changes and weight loss (9% of my body weight in 3 weeks!) has reduced my inflammation and sped up my healing process. This is the lifestyle change I've been looking for and I expect to meet my long term goals as a result!
