Even though I only officially started the Betr Health program 10 days ago I can hardly believe how quickly measurable, positive changes are happening to me, inside and out. I have lost over 5% of my body weight and can actually feel my waist! But my primary reason for starting the program was my chronic IBS was so out of control I had daily abdominal pain and very poor digestion. I can say that my symptoms have improved by 75%! What a blessing. And at 60 I doubted I would ever have my energy level back, but I do and even in the evenings. My arthritis in my hands is much better as well. Initially I was waiting for the rebound of my symptoms but it never happens as long as I stick to the simple guidelines. I’m a nurse so I can see that all the science is sound and makes perfect sense!

I like it so far. It gave me a baseline of food I can eat and I just figured out which food I enjoy eating while maintaining my gut health. I’ve lost 5 pounds while eating healthy delicious food. I also have more energy and less back pain.

This plan really is a plan! Concentrating on whole good for you food, preparing yourself (your head and your fridge) has made for significant success so far. Best part: mood, sleep, joint pain--all better, er Betr, within the first week!!

My health coach was very supportive. Checked in with me almost everyday. Timely response. If I had a question and she wasn't available, I could reach out to the Instachat team. So much helpful information on healthy eating. I saw results the first week. You have to stick to the plan!!
