Ive had Coach Kelly Kilgore and shes been really supportive and has helped me a lot in reaching my goal. This is my first time doing this and im really glad i chose betr health, Ive learned how to make better choicea.

This program has taught me to make betr choices. I have had some hiccups with a cheat meal or two. The great thing is that I have the mind set of picking back up on the program. I no longer use the "wait til Monday" excuse. This is a life changing experience for me!

It was really hard at first to stick to the limited foods permitted on level 1, but having a daily coach who provided motivation and advice was super helpful!! Even though I slipped up on the weekends, Emily’s encouragement kept me on track to keep moving forward. I’ve almost finished level 1 now and I’ve lost all the weight I wanted to lose and kept it off so far! Betr helped me to stay on track by keeping me accountable, and I’m looking forward to level 2 and re-introducing foods. Thank you!!!
