If you finally have decided to take better care of yourself and lose weight, I don't think there is a better program out there. One month of personal coaching to help your progress, along with very specific guidelines as to what foods to eat to promote a healthy gut. Suggested recipes are delicious and if you don't want to cook, you can order pre cooked meals My wife and I were very surprised as to how good those are. You need to check this out!

Betr is a lifestyle change, not a diet, and it begins with gut health. Takes effort (mostly in preparing healthy foods) but with lots of support along the way. Love working with my coach Lerron, using the recipes provided, and most of all- seeing results. I am closing in on 20 lbs down and beginning to FEEL results.

Incredible support, teaches good eating habits, hundreds of recipes using fresh healthy ingredients, great tasting food...This plan has been the easiest I've ever tried (and at 53, I've tried them all!) with the greatest results! Started July 5th and this morning July 17th...I've lost 8.6 lbs! Love it!

This is the best life changing decision I have made on a dietary health plan. You have the choice either to order prepared food, use a meal plan sample or make your own with their app! I have only been on this for 15 days now and have lost 15lbs. Everyone is different, but this is the plan for me. Whole healthy, non-processed organic foods is the way to go for gut health! Never thought I would be saying that, but it works for me and I feel great!
