Phenomenal program. The coaching is key and the program isn’t based around unsustainable fad diets. If you’re looking for a healthy change and logical weight loss based on creating good habits and not suffering through making these lifestyle changes I highly recommend giving this at least two weeks to try and see for yourself. Seriously.

I am not a joiner. I haven’t been successful in the past because I didn’t like the feeling of no control over my choices. This program has been such a blessing to my life. I like the coaching. They are truly dedicated to helping you succeed. I make my own choices from a very well constructed plan and I take suggestions from my coach. I initially thought weighing daily was going to be a obstacle but daily weigh in actually motivating my day. I fell supported not dictated. Every ounce is a celebration! I feel so much better I have energy I never thought I would have just by changing my eating, my attitude and my life for the Betr!
