I feel like this program was put into my lap from a higher being. I had been struggling and trying everything. Praying that something would work. This program is the only thing that has been able to help me lose weight and keep it off. I feel much healthier, happier, and accomplished. I have more to lose but for the first time ever I actually feel hopeful and confident that I can do it with the help of this program. I’m so thankful I found this!!!

I am about 2 months in to my healthy eating lifestyle change. I have lost 18 pounds so far, and still losing. I will never go back to my pre-Betr diet. I am now starting to make my own Betr recipes. I now cook all the time, when I never cooked prior to Betr. This has been life changing and I couldn’t be happier.

Not going to lie I was skeptical at first, like how could joining this Betr health program really make a difference on what I was already doing right. I didn’t have much money to work with and wanted to get in somewhat shape for a wedding. So why not give it a shot, and let me tell you I’ve learn so much from this program that it’s amazing. I ended up making great food that tasted good and was good for me. I’ve learned how to replace subtle things here and there from what am used to and it was just amazing me how the weight was slowing coming off. Weighing yourself every morning was something am sure is difficult to get used to because you don’t see the results everyday, once I’ve got more into it, it was like a game trying to guess how much you lost this morning. I would be so excited when I would see a pound or two loss and just by seeing that instantly made the rest of my day. It felt great seeing that and knowing you could strive for more. It’s been a good chunk of time since I’ve started this journey with this program, and can proudly say am a whole lot closer to my high school weight then I will ever be. With that being said I would highly recommend giving the Betr health program a shot. You’ll learn so much about nutrition and foods that are good for you if you don’t know already. Meal recipes are easy to make and they give you the ingredients and how to cook it with instructions there. They have a super friendly staff you can chat with on the app or if you have any questions they are there for you. If it wasn’t for them and working out almost every day I probably wouldn’t be as far as I am today. Huge thanks goes to my personal trainer and this program for teaching me the right ways to do things and eat better.

This works! I’ve always struggled to lose weight. Even when I was working out consistently and being mindful of the portions I was eating, but it would never budge. The first day I had a drop in weight, then it continued…the only time my weight would go up again was when I was eating off plan. Besides that, it’s helped me gain a better relationship with food and cooking. I explored different things on the L1 food list and played with different cooking techniques and learned that I actually like things that I hated before, but it was just how it was being prepared. It’s given me my power back over my body, I’ve always had stomach pains and issues, but the only time they came up during this process was when I ate off the plan. It just proved to me that I needed to change what I was eating because it truly hurt my body with what I was eating. Now, I feel like I’m actually going somewhere in my fitness journey because I know how to work with foods that actually benefit my body instead of working against my goals.

This plan has guided me to a 30 plus pound weight loss while reducing back and feet inflammation. I only had minor hunger issues the first week, right before lunch. Since then, I can’t remember feeling any hunger. I will continue this meal plan for another 30-40 pounds that I still need to lose, and then maintain at my proper weight.

I am staring with this program and us all of you know changes are hard to make but if you have the right support and the right motivation everything is so easy to follow and if you have any questions or you are not sure what to do they are always there. This is my first week and I feel great more energy, motivated, I am getting ready for week 2 and I am excited about that. I can wait to see the result I know I can do it because I have the support that I need.
