Coach Zoe was awesome throughout my journey through Level 1, Level 2, and on to Maintenance. She always had positive feedback, helpful suggestions, and unbridled encouragement. I encourage anyone on the fence to jump in and start the program. I feel so much better now than before I started. This program and the coaching are top notch!

This is a wonderful program. I never wanted to go on a diet again but when I developed hypertension I knew I had to change something. I found Betr Health through my insurance plan and decided to give it a try. I am amazed at the results. I have lost weight and my blood pressure is within the normal range. The program requires planning and preparation and adherence to it, but it is well worth the effort. It is a life changer.

I've been working with Coach Carolyn at Betr Health for about a month. She has been absolutely amazing! She helped me get settled in at the beginning with all the tools and materials that I need to be successful with this program. She's also been my best cheerleader! Her positive daily comments have kept me motivated and moving forward to be a betr me. I've also really appreciated having a weekly meal plan for each week ready to go. It's helped keep things simple for me as I learn to grocery shop and meal prep. The recipes are super easy to prepare using ingredients I can find locally, and they're all amazing tasting! Every time I eat a meal I say it's my new favorite, and I really mean it. I've learned how simple it is to make my own sauces and dressings. They taste way better than store-bought and I will never buy those pre-made dressings or sauces ever again! Coach Carolyn and Betr Health... You're changing my life! Day 22, I've lost 14 lbs. so far. Sleeping much better now. My husband's blood glucose levels have dropped 10 points. Love the recipes and my coach, Alonna, has been phenomenal!
