Nothing else worked. Post pregnancy/c-section/septic shock/post-partum-thyroiditis I kept gaining weight and getting more sad and frustrated every day. I was tired and fed up of people telling me I was scared of failing, should just do keto, accept middle age spread - you name it... By week 7 I was 21 pounds down. Read again, 21 pounds!!!! I sleep better, feel better, skin looks better, I'm happier..and i know I can meet my goal. My coach Bonnie was great very supportive and encouraging. Hey when you weigh yourself EVERY day it can be motivating and frustrating when you need help getting over plateaus. And if you still have doubts you can do this and it will work? Well I work full time, have no family help, take my child the 3 specialist appointments per week, i also go to therapy because of being the victim of an awful crime... but in 8 weeks I significantly changed habits. and i'm sure you can too. oh and dr ferro rocks. he also gave me a tip to try on my 3 year old and his persistent runny nose and related skin irritation CLEARED UP. Just do start. Keep listening and trying and soon you'll be doing little dances like. nobody is watching.

This is my second time going through the Betr Health food protocol. I never thought I would be able to learn so much during my second time. My coach Anita is so helpful and understanding, I can see why she is one of the head coaches at Betr. She has a wealth of information and experience to share and I really benefit from her guidance. I love how easy it is to get started with the program and how connected we are to others in the Betr community. I love choosing from foods that are natural and the science behind the program. It truly works and there is no medicine involved just food! This program will be something that I keep with me for the rest of my life.

Fantastic program. You really never know how certain foods effect your body, mood, gut until you eliminate them and then try to add them back in. What a wake up call! It’s not all about the weight loss...that’s the bonus! It’s about a Betr lifestyle and feeling Betr for it!
