I love this program. I haven’t felt this good in years. Like many I was skeptical at first but I knew in a very short period of time this will be the last program I would need to get healthy.

These guys are great. I feel better and now look better. I have never been one to follow a schedule but they made it easy. I found that I lost about 15 pounds and know how to lose more if I want to. I know tuck my shirt in and look more professional and whit a better look and more energy,I am doing better at my job. Betr health really does have a plan. A friend of mine thought that it was a scam and I know that it is not. They gave me a directing to better myself and I am very thankful to them for that. The coaches are great ,have a great attitude and are knowledgeable. No they didn't pay me for this review,it is the truth. Thank you Betr Health

I really love how my coach, Linda Jessie, talks to me everyday. Asks me if I've weighed today if I'm late putting it in my progress. I love how she comments on my food pics. I have stuck with this program longer than I have EVER stuck with anything and I plan to keep going!

I was skeptical at first but once I dove in and committed, I quickly realized that this is the most sustainable plan that I have ever been on. If you really broke it down it all boils down to a real simple concept... eat clean!! Eat what you’re supposed to...Fruits, vegetables, good proteins. I am about to finish up my 3rd official week and I have lost 30 total pounds and within my official start date I have lost around 20lbs. The plan works just try it out and stick it out.

I have had a great experience using the Betr Health program, it hass improved my sleep and my general energy throughout the day. One of the biggest things I have focused on is improving my eating habits and as a result I also lost some weight.
