I came into Trek Roseville to purchase a derailleur hangar. Fortunately, they had it in stock. The sales / service manager was very helpful and gave me a few pointers on its installation. I also wanted to replace a small piece of plastic, associated with my forks. He checked several locations and found that, due to its obscurity, that I would need to go directly through the manufacturer. I pretty much knew this before I came in. All things considered, I am thoroughly impressed with the manager's knowledge and professionalism. So, as with all of my experiences with Trek Roseville, I give them an A and are highly recommended.
