We recently purchased e-bikes. Staff were super helpful. Helped us to find the right bikes for us, got to trial them for an hour. When we came to pick them up a week later when they arrived and were assembled, they spent a good hour with us going over everything we needed to know. I have used them for service in the past, always honest with superb tech staff.

You guys were so helpful. I came in with a wheelchair attachment I could not get to work correctly, and Tighe spent over an hour making sure everything was done correctly. I deeply appreciate how thoughtful he was while working with me, and how careful he was with my chair. Thank you all so much for helping me out!

We were traveling. My wife and I both encountered mechanical issues with our ebikes, and if that wasn't enough, our bike rack suddenly malfunctioned. We were warmly and sympatheticly welcomed. The service manager took a closer look, resolved our issues, and got us back on our way. Kindness and competence. Deeply appreciated. Thank you.

I love this bike shop! The employees are super helpful and the products are top notch. I have purchased all my bikes here for the last 40 years and have never been sorry! They even made me a special trade in deal on a softride bike when I cracked my aluminum frame! I will continue to shop here!

Bellingham staff were great, suggested the right bike, let me test ride it and made sure I was comfortable. Much better experience than buying off some website! Very happy with the bike - it is so light and rides easily without power which I just use for hills, overtaking and when tired.

Called ahead to see if they could service my gravel bike, Gabby was very helpful and said to bring it in despite them being booked out to next week. Brought it in, and Ty gave it a detailed examination and explained that the shifting issue I was having was potentially just a small fix. He made the adjustments for free! Had a great experience in their store and definitely plan on coming back for my next major repair or service.

Wonderful service from Ty, during a trip to Bellingham with a Portland based bike meet up group. Very knowledgeable and helpful with a handful of things, incl helmet light, water bottle mount, few other things. I would highly recommend them if you're a local or visiting.
