The shop is wonderful. Clean, has tons of spaces, excellent inventory but most important, exceptional staff. I went in looking for a unique part for my Domane SL 6 Gen 3 seat mast. They had what I need and gave me instructions on installing. Gabe and Triton(I think that was his name), helped me. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs service or a new bike.

Just started the Pacific Coast Tour and on day one my bike suddenly started to make noise. Panic!! Stopped by the Trek store and the tech picked out a slug from my derailleur and sent me on my way. So kind, so helpful - he made my day & tour!!

Bought two Dual Sport 3 Gen 5's here for me and my partner a while back. We have been provided amazing service by the employees here. They put on all the accessories for us when we bought the bikes, and repaired my rear tire when it was punctured. They all seem enthusiastic about cycling, and did a great job at explaining things to us amateurs and answering any questions we had.
