Everything was brilliant from the first time I spoke with Lisa on the phone until we took Bonnie home and even afterwards, we got to go meet the puppies, i have a child with autism and the way Lisa, Mary & Gerry welcomed us and treated us was amazing. we had playdates with the puppy this was absolutely amazing for bonding and for kids to bond also. We are a very happy family with our puppy Bonnie.

We had a wonderful experience with Northern Ireland Pups. From the very start their passion about dogs was very clear for us. They really want the puppies to go to good homes. Communication with Lisa was excellent. We were in contact with each other for the whole time so we could watch our puppy making progress and get to know him a little bit before we collected him.
Our Ozzy has fantastic temperament. He is extremely friendly to people and other animals, but what is the most important he is healthy and soooo beautiful!
Collecting him we not only got a very warm welcome but also a bunch of good advice. Dogs are kept in great condition there, plenty space, nice and clean. We did get a chance to meet our puppy’s parents also which I think is great. Leaving, he got a bag of food and his favourite toys. Obviously dogs are well looked after there as our puppy doesn’t show even a bit of aggression. We are delighted that Ozzy became a part of our family ❤️

We recently welcomed our beautiful Westie pup Freddie into our family, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the very first interaction, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and genuine love for the dogs.
Our little Westie is absolutely perfect—healthy, happy, and full of personality. You can really tell how well they’ve been raised and looked after. The communication throughout was excellent, and we were given plenty of helpful advice and reassurance, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
It’s clear that a lot of time, effort, and passion goes into what they do, and it truly shows in the quality and temperament of the puppies. We’re so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring breeder.

We received our Samoyed pup three weeks ago, I have to say in dealing with NI pups, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Their knowledge and care for the pups is first class. Our pup ( Nina ) came with all her vaccines and chipped, even when I collected her, she was packed off with toys and puppy food (of the highest quality) everything she needed!!! These are people whom care about their pups and the family they become part off. I must say that Nina is doing fantastic and we’re very happy with her and she seems happy with us!

We welcomed our little pup from Northern Ireland Pups last Thursday, and I honestly can’t put into words how special the whole experience was for our family. From the moment we arrived, Lisa, Gerry and Mary showed such kindness, patience and understanding — especially towards our autistic daughter. They didn’t rush us for a single second. Instead, they gave her all the time she needed to feel comfortable, and it turned a moment that could have been overwhelming into something truly beautiful.
What touched us even more was the follow‑up call afterwards. They reached out not just to check that the pup had settled in, but to genuinely ask how our daughter was coping and connecting with him. That level of care is rare, and it meant the world to us.
Our pup has already brought so much joy and calm into our home, and watching the bond grow between him and our daughter has been incredible. We’re so grateful to Northern Ireland Pups for giving us more than just our wee pup — they gave our daughter a little friend who’s helping her in ways we didn’t expect.

We recently purchased our Cavapoo, Izzy, from NI Pups and truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. As first-time puppy owners with a 5 year old, we were understandably a little nervous about how we would manage and how our son would adjust to having a dog in the house.
From the very beginning, Lisa and Gerry were incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and supportive. They provided clear, detailed guidance on caring for a young puppy, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind.
We were kept fully informed with regular updates, including photos and videos before Izzy came home with us, which was such a lovely touch. Since then, they’ve continued to check in to see how Izzy is settling in and to make sure everything is going smoothly. The level of genuine care Lisa and Gerry give to each puppy was obvious, not only throughout the process but also with the aftercare and health and condition of Izzy. This really sets them apart in my opinion.
We would highly recommend NI Pups to anyone thinking about welcoming a puppy into their family.

After spotting a lady in a coffee shop with the most adorable dog i had ever seen, i was given Lisa’s phone number and within minutes of messaging, Lisa and I spent over two hours speaking on the phone. With a son already myself who has asthma, ASD and ADHD she reassured me of all the pros and cons to dogs. I was going to get a cockapoo but the dog I had met was a cavapoo and with the knowledge of so many different breeds Lisa gave me great knowledge and advice on the difference between Cockapoos and Cavapoos which was amazing. We set a date to view puppies and she stayed in contact ensuring the date and times were still suitable.
As this pup was for my son i believed it might be best he came along as i believe a pup chooses their person and without any hesitation this was no issue whatsoever.
The layout and how Lisa, Gerry and Mary care for these pups is like no other. They are very well socialised with so much affection. There was no obligation to pick one and we got to spent unlimited time with them.
After choosing dates were set for collection when they were ready to leave, between selecting our pup and collecting him, the updated via message, photos and Videos were ultimately the best, we got so excited seeing our little fella and how much he was thriving which was all down to Lisa, Gerry and Mary.
Few days before collecting we were provided with a vast amount of knowledge and information on our pup, which clearly showef the family get to know the pups personally and understand what they like and dislike.
We have had our Caomh home a week and still we have kept in contact and very reassured that we can contact them regarding anything. Our little Caomh has been very well socialised and is amazing with other dogs, children and adults. You can truely see the incredible work they have put into him.
We were provided details with Royal Canine who sent us out a bag of food complimentary and during pick up, we were giving all the details of when he would need bath, wormed, flee treatment and all other information. He came home with another bag of food, three of his favourite toys and a wee bag of treats.
I could never stop recommending this family as what they do and how they do it is truely incredible and i can’t thank them enough for the time and patience they had we us. We will be forever truely grateful ❤️

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Northern Ireland Pups, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From day one, Lisa and her parents where fantastic — there communication, professionalism, and genuine love for the puppies was evident throughout the entire process.
Lisa kept us regularly updated with videos and photos of Charlie as he grew, which meant so much to our family. Our daughters loved receiving the updates and watching him develop week by week — it made them feel connected to him long before collection day and built so much excitement.
It was clear from every update how much dedication, care, and attention Northern Ireland Pups give to each puppy. Charlie was raised in a loving, nurturing environment, and this really showed when we collected him. He was happy, confident, healthy, and incredibly well socialised — a real credit to the amazing work Lisa does.
Collection day was such a special moment for our family, especially for our daughters, and Lisa made the experience relaxed, memorable, and reassuring. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt fully prepared to bring Charlie home.
Northern Ireland Pups truly go above and beyond. The love, care, and commitment they show to their puppies is outstanding, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Charlie has already brought so much happiness to our home.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service Lisa, Gerry and Mary provided to us and our gorgeous Cavapoo Archie.
From the first meeting we were really impressed with their set up, so clean and well run. They were very helpful with all their information before and after taking Archie home. They care for their pups really well which made Archie’s transition into our family much easier. He has been with us a week and has settled so well .
They also provided toys and a supply of food before our journey home which was very much appreciated.
This is our first dog and he is so loved and part of our family already. Thank you for everything.

Visiting onsite really set them apart. Gerry, Mary, and Lisa welcomed us warmly and showed genuine care and pride in how the pups are raised. It’s immediately obvious how much love, attention, and thought goes into their environment — clean, safe, warm, and calm, with the puppies clearly well socialised and cared for.
Bobby has settled into our home incredibly quickly. He has a fantastic temperament, is healthy, confident, and already feels like part of the family. From the initial phone call to enquire about the pups to picking up my 2 westie pups, Lisa and her family were absolutely fantastic. Real professionals whose number 1 priority is the welfare of the pups and that they go to the most suitable home. To ensure that we would be adequately bonded I was invited down for a play date and to bring objects with my scent on it a few weeks before final pick up which is really important.
They are so knowledgable and were able to give guidance and advice for any questions/concerns I had. The follow up call to see how everything was going and how the pups were settling in was just lovely and very much appreciated.

We found Amber in June and from the moment I stepped out of the car I knew that NI pups were genuine dog lovers with respect and integrity. Their set up is great to meet your new fur baby, play in their dedicated zone & fall in love with your new addition. Very thorough in their administration of the paperwork, fully vaccinated & puppy parents were both available to meet. Amber is the sweetest of natures & that will have come from her first family, NI pups. We adore her and would highly recommend them.
