I feel so lucky to have purchased my puppy from Lisa, Gerry and Mary. She is a real blessing to our family and has settled in so well with us in her first couple of weeks. It is clear the family have put a lot of love and energy into raising their puppies and getting them ready for their new homes. My little one came to us already being adjusted to car journeys, happy to be groomed, great out and about on the lead, fully vaccinated and almost perfectly house trained. She is the happiest, most confident and sweetest natured puppy I think I have ever met and I am very thankful to have her in our lives. We recently brought home our first ever dog, a gorgeous Cavapoo puppy named Charlie from NI Pups, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish.
Lisa, her dad Gerry, and her mum were all so lovely and welcoming. As first-time dog owners, we had no idea what to expect, but they made the whole process feel really easy and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and gave us loads of helpful information about what to expect and how to prepare for life with a puppy.
It was obvious from the start how much they care about their dogs and the homes they go to. We never felt rushed or pushed, just supported and well-informed. The aftercare has also been amazing; Lisa has checked in and made sure we had everything we needed in those first few days, which meant a lot to us.
Thanks to them, we felt confident in making such a big decision, and Charlie has settled in perfectly. He’s happy, healthy, and already a much-loved part of the family.
We honestly can’t recommend NI Pups enough, especially if you’re thinking about getting your first dog. They really do go above and beyond!

Day 2 in his forever home he was going straight to puppy pads for toilet, and sleeping from 11pm-6am holding his wee bladder all night
It’s clear he was raised in a loving environment for the first 12 weeks of his life by Lisa, Gerry and Mary.
We visited them a few times before taking the wee man home and the place was well set out loads of space for the pups.
We’re so grateful for the smooth experience and the newest member of our family.

Oh where do I start! Amazing! The family are amazing. The work they do with the pups is unbelievable. I got my baby from NI Pups, my baby called Bear is a cockapoo and he is just amazing and has settled in perfectly. I cannot fault the work Louise and her family do, I got daily updates after I agreed to take Bear and I looked forward to them everyday! They keep you informed every step of the way and also check in after pup has come to his forever home! I definitely have made friends for life without a shadow of a doubt. We are delighted with the service from NI Pups. The entire process was professional and informative. Lisa and her parents kept us updated with the progress of our chosen little pup, and during that time provided us with lots of information regarding food, toys, tips and tricks. After collecting our pup, Lisa has stayed in contact via WhatsApp, and we’ve also had a check in phone call from Gerry to discuss any concerns we might be having.
