Cannot recommend Northern Ireland Pups enough. They are so knowledgeable about all things dogs and look after them all as their own, getting them well ready for their new homes. It’s very reassuring to get your puppy for such an ethical place, and Lisa is great for keeping up contact, sending updates etc. until you collect your pup.
They follow up after collection as well which is great, and give all details you need about your puppy. Our pup has settled in so well he is totally adorable.

Oh where do I start! Amazing! The family are amazing. The work they do with the pups is unbelievable. I got my baby from NI Pups, my baby called Bear is a cockapoo and he is just amazing and has settled in perfectly. I cannot fault the work Louise and her family do, I got daily updates after I agreed to take Bear and I looked forward to them everyday! They keep you informed every step of the way and also check in after pup has come to his forever home! I definitely have made friends for life without a shadow of a doubt. Bear is the best and was loved by NI Pups just as much as I do! As you can see he settled in just fine ❤️ thank you for all the work you put in with Bear before he came home ❤️❤️

We are delighted with the service from NI Pups. The entire process was professional and informative. Lisa and her parents kept us updated with the progress of our chosen little pup, and during that time provided us with lots of information regarding food, toys, tips and tricks. After collecting our pup, Lisa has stayed in contact via WhatsApp, and we’ve also had a check in phone call from Gerry to discuss any concerns we might be having.

We can’t recommend Lisa, Gerry and Mary at Northern Ireland Puppies enough. From our initial contact to collecting Seamus a few weeks ago they have been excellent and full of knowledge about their puppies. We loved the regular videos of Seamus and knowing that they are there if we need them is great now he is home. Seamus is settling in well to our home and is so sociable with people and dogs, he’s loving the car and is really good on the lead for his walks.
This is all down to the time and care that is given to the puppies before they come home and makes for a happy puppy and happy family.

We cannot recommend Northern Ireland Pups enough. From the moment we contacted Lisa, we knew that we were going to find a puppy that would fit into our family perfectly.
From the first phone call to the day we collected our Cavapoo Riley, Lisa was on hand to guide us through the process from meeting and choosing our pup, sending us video updates and pictures to helping us prepare for his arrival.
Lisa's parents, Gerry and Mary were also on hand at our meets to give us info and guidance on the pups which as Riley is our first family pet was really helpful.
We have sent pictures and updates on Riley to Lisa and had an update call just after Christmas with Gerry but on a whole Riley has settled into our family well and toilet training is coming along nicely. This is down to Lisa and her family and the care and attention they give to their pups from birth. We will be forever grateful to them for giving Riley the best start in life.

First of all we would like to thank Lisa and Gerry for all the work what they put in to raise our little puppy before we got him. Their absolute dedication , commitment and professionalism is just outstanding with what they are doing . We just got our puppy Teddy and this little guy knows how to fetch , toilet training is going really well and is acclamatising in our house really well. From the first moment when we contacted NIP we were astonished with professionalism and information. Lisa on our first phone conversation told us all about the puppies , told us about their mum and dad , about their vet and daily routine. Then she updated us every day with pictures, videos how the doggy is going - we absolutely loved it and the excitement is our house was up to the roof. Meeting and greeting was fantastic experience. We could see mum and dad on the day, we could see how our doggy is playing with other dogs, Gerry and Lisa told us all the information needed then they follow up with us for few days after doggy arrived to our house and were really helpful with all our queries and questions. We definetly will be recommending NIP in West of Ireland and they are really the best with what they are doing.

The most unbelievable experience!! Lisa and her parents Gerry and Mary are the most amazing family to be buying a pup from!! We got wee Millie and from the first meeting we knew she was right for our family… She was 15 weeks old when we got her - fully vaccinated microchipped well established with toilet training and her adaptability to family life very evident… she was full of love and so receptive when we met. Lisa Gerry and Mary made our meet and greet such an amazing experience their knowledge and support made our decision to take wee Millie easy!! With regular updates from Lisa until we were able to go back to collect wee Millie it was so reassuring to know their hard work was continuing .. we got playful updates and relaxing pics as well as regular updates as she was taken for many nice walks… after getting Mille home we were supported by both Lisa and Gerry to be sure all was going well and weren't having any unexpected issues!! Very reassuring for us to know they were there should we need them!! Thank you to Lisa Gerry and Mary for our wee bundle of joy… our family just adore wee Millie a credit to you all for your hard work and patience and love for our wee pup. We have the utmost respect for you all and would thoroughly recommend ni pups if you wish to purchase a delightful new addition to your family!!

We got Penny from Northern Ireland Pups. They are so caring for their animals and only want the best homes for their pups. They give great advice about caring for the puppies and send them to their forever homes fully vaccinated and with their favourite toys! After phone call with Lisa was meet and greet with pups were I had privilege of meeting Lisa mum Mary and dad Gerry and the love and care they have for their dogs just shines through so knowledgeable and so much detail also met my pup Maisie and her mummy and daddy and how friendly and playful they all were together was amazing to see loads of doggie kisses
Constant video updates on how pup doing and each stage of going out harness training and socialising with other puppies the play area they have for the pups is amazing and seeing how happy content they are is fabulous all the paperwork and all the tips you get when collecting your pup just shows their love for them even more and they love updates afterwards of puppy which again is because they care and love them phone call from Gerry few days later see how Maisie settling in and honestly to anyone getting a puppy the information and advice they give you is outstanding Maisie is amazing can’t thank them enough

I cannot recommend Northern Ireland Pups enough- I honestly can say I have never experienced such a high quality of service from the very start to finish. My husband and I have been thinking about a West Highland Terrier ( Westie) for years but I was never just 100% confident with finding a good breeder and from a place I could trust and was going to give our fur baby the absolute best start in life. From the very first call with Lisa I knew absolutely I had found the perfect place. She was so knowledgable, personable, professional and made me certain we were doing the right thing. She answered all my questions and nothing was too much bother for her, no matter what time of the day/night it was.
We had our first visit and the fantastic first impression on the phone continued. The set up is amazing for puppies- they have everything they need and are extremely well cared for. I met Mary and Gerry and like Lisa they were equally as knowledgeable, warm, friendly and such a love for dogs.
We immediately fell in love with the boy puppy who we call Ralph. He has only been with us for 4 full days and due to the training Lisa had been doing with him he settled in instantly and is extremely good natured.
Lisa continued providing amazing and much needed advice. Gerry even followed up with a catch up call to ensure all was well and continued to provide fantastic tips which have really helped us so much .
Do not have any doubt in contacting NI Pups if you want to ensure you have the best fur baby to love and care for.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
