I am scheduled for a knee replacement soon. This is after doctor Phillips trying all other options first I am putting my trust in his capable hands. I appreciate MD West One’s thorough website so that you can see the back ground of your doctors and their specialty. Office and nurses, all have been very helpful to me up to this point.

I had an accident, wound up in ER, was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Phillips who did my needed surgical repair. Dr. Philips & MD West staff have been been A1 in their care, courtesy, efficiency & clear cut, understandable explanations. An absolute 10 for everyone on board.

Patient intake was fast and easy. Nurse and technician support was great. Dr. Phillips was very pleasant, descriptive and helps you understand your issues. Extremely thorough. Highly recommend. Entire visit was a very nice and comforting experience.

Dr Philips is amazing He listens and explains everything. There is no delay in getting tests or results. He makes me feel comfortable and confident. I am so happy with my choice and trust him fully. The front desk staff is awesome too. I will recommend Dr. Phillips to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Phillips.

I saw Dr. Sam Phillips and he was great as usual! Takes good care of you and keeps you informed of your options and care that is needed to be followed. The office staff are all very good too! Good place to be for any orthopedic care.

My second visit to Dr. Sam Phillips. He is such a kind and honest physician and I truly appreciate his help with my knee pain! This latest visit while the Covid pandemic is active-the office was very cautious to avoid unnecessary contact, there was no waiting and everyone observed safe practices. I would recommend MD West and especially Dr Phillips to anyone!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Phillips at his Bergan office since he pinned my broken hip on November 4th. My appointments were on time and the staff was friendly and caring. I love Dr. Phillip’s bedside manner and his medical knowledge. I have already recommended him to people I know. Cecilia Fanciullo

I saw Dr Phillip's regarding my bilateral knee pain. Dr Phillips was professional and attentive. We agreed on cortisone injections for both knees. And will discuss knee replacement surgery in 6-9 months. I found the doctor to be very easy to talk to and felt he was 100% present in the conversation.

I was seen by Dr Sam Phillips for a hip problem. The receptionist was very helpful and got me thorough the paperwork with ease. The nurse put me at ease and quickly explained everything that was going to happen. Dr Phillips was great -- very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I am very confident in his judgement and recommended follow-up. Nina helped make arrangements for a CT scan and promptly followed up to make sure everything was properly scheduled. Over all - - and outstanding medical appointment.
