    Dr. Phillips was extremely helpful in explaining the results of my MRI and answering all my questions. Checking in was quick and easy and the wait time was minimal. I will definitely come here again if needed!

    I was having issues with my finger & decided to make an appt I’ve been to GIKK Ortho but never MD West One (as they changed names). The receptionist scheduled me with one of the drs, I told her just to pick any Dr. Well let me tell ya, she picked the BEST Dr! His bedside manner & humor were over the top! Just what I needed! Dr. McCarthy is truly an amazing Dr & human being. I will definitely be coming back for more care with him. I’ve already seen Dr. Inda (foot Dr) & Dr Phillips (knee Dr) in the past when they were GIKK Ortho & them 2 are also phenomenal Drs I feel I am listened to & cared for in a way that I need. Thank you MD West One Drs! You truly are the best!!.

    My husband had a hip replacement surgery in 2011. He has a very complicated medical profile, and Dr. Phillips took the utmost care to be certain he had a successful outcome. In 2016 I had a knee replacement which I had been putting off for a long time. I got 2 other opnions and a couple of cortisone shots which did not help so Dr Phillips did the surgery and I was back to work right on time. Now I am once again under his care for the other knee, and expect to have him do this one as well. I have referred people to Dr. Phillips over the years, and all have come through with flying colors. I must also mention Matthew Martin, who assists Dr Phillips. You are in very good hands with Matt as well. I recommend Dr Phillips & his team. They are simply the best!

    My first time at MD West, though have known for years of Dr Phillips great reputation since I'm a long time nurse. Everything was great from check in to discharge. Xrays done in office with rapid results. Both the Dr and his assistant (Matt) listened to my pain complaints and understood right away. Dr Phillips was wonderful, caring, took his time and answered all my questions plus more. I feel I will be in excellent hands when time comes for my bilateral knee surgeries.
