Called up at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, two hours prior to closing to ask if they could install a third-party product in my posession, and was told to come down immediately. They took on the task, and within twenty minutes had the old part off the bicycle and the new part installed and perfectly aligned. I ride a Jones LWB with mid-drive befang aftermarket. I would return when in the area next time for more work; and may plan a stop in the area when traveling through for routine maintenance work.
