Went in to pick up my new bike I ordered. Store was pack for a bike store. The ladies there made sure I didn't feel forgot and it would be a few more minutes. I praise them for the way they handle a rude/entitled man that came in while we were there wanting taken care of right then. They had excellent customer and was very informative..

Perfect experience!!!! We drove from Panama City Beach to get a special bike for our teenage son. They let him test drive it to make sure it fit perfectly, adjusted the seat for him, and then installed the needed items for us: the kickstand and the water bottle holder. 100% worth the drive and would do again! They were very kind and receptive.

I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Shop! Avery and Kayley were personable and professional in every way. Avery assessed my bike repair needs quickly and worked within my budget to find appropriate parts and make the repairs. The shop was running a Winter special that helped offset costs as well. My bike was done in a day and repaired as promised. I will definitely be going back as needed and will be recommending Trek to friends. I also especially like supporting a business owned and run by women.

The staff greeted me upon entry, and was helpful and nice. They didn't have what I was looking for but frankly, it was a shot in the dark anyway so no points lost there. They were very knowledgeable about products on display. If you are into Trek bicycles, you can't go wrong here.
