I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Shop! Avery and Kayley were personable and professional in every way. Avery assessed my bike repair needs quickly and worked within my budget to find appropriate parts and make the repairs. The shop was running a Winter special that helped offset costs as well. My bike was done in a day and repaired as promised. I will definitely be going back as needed and will be recommending Trek to friends. I also especially like supporting a business owned and run by women.

The staff greeted me upon entry, and was helpful and nice. They didn't have what I was looking for but frankly, it was a shot in the dark anyway so no points lost there. They were very knowledgeable about products on display. If you are into Trek bicycles, you can't go wrong here.

I’ve been racing bicycles for a long time and this is by far the best shop I’ve ever experienced. I told Lance Armstrong once his shop was amazing but this one…. Wow. And honestly it’s not any one thing about the shop yet the culmination of so many elements. However I’d say the people here…. Incredible. Do yourself a favor and dont walk but yet run to this shop. Absolutely perfect.

Outstanding customer service, large inventory, fast on service time, and knowledgeable staff. Kaley helped us with our son’s bike, and pulled out 4 bikes for him to test out.. She was all smiles and no rush. I asked A TON of questions, and she was able to answer every one with a smile. Once we picked out the bike, she was knowledgeable on exactly what parts were compatible. The parts were in stock at the store and they had them installed first thing next business day. (It was close to closing time). We made a few upgrades. She also informed us of their trade in program for the kiddos when they size up, half off the original bike cost toward a new one. That’s epic. The store has all the accessories you could need, and again, a large inventory with options on models. Absolutely wonderful experience, highly recommend dropping by and checking it out.

Staff at Trek Tallahassee are always knowledgeable, helpful and courteous whether you are looking to purchase or even browsing for that next upgrade. Being riders themselves allows them to share their own experiences and/or thoughts about many aspects of the sport.
