Thank you to James and the Trek team for such a professional job unpacking and setting up my bike which I shipped down from NJ for a multi day cycling trip down the Florida east coast. Everyone one I dealt with were super helpful and informative. In particular James who spent probably an hour with me to make sure everything was setup and ready to go. His passion for cycling and overall professionalism is best in class . I just finished day 2 of the ride, and all good so far. I highly recommend this bike shop for anyone traveling to the Jacksonville area.
