VRLBI, in conjunction with Melinda Morrow and the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, have made the rental process absolutely seamless. VRLBI has proven itself to be the apex marketing rental portal for LBI and BH & G handles every aspect of the transaction for a simple, easy vacation. Our listing is 2450. We are the 2nd house from the beach. A duplex that offers the entire house for large family gatherings. Walk without traffic back and forth to the beach or 2 blocks to Skipper Dipper & Acme.

I have 2 duplexes that I began listing with VRLBI 3 years ago. Both homes are fully rented every summer with topnotch renters that found renting direct to be the best experience for their families to find accurate vacation listings. This site has helped me so much when it comes to finding people to rent our beach house. I had it listed with a real estate company and ALL my listings have come from this website. I think this is the future. A real estate service that charges a (modest) one time fee and does not cut into your profits or burden the guest. In all my dealings, they have been prompt, responsive and professional. Recommend highly.

VRLBI has been a great platform for us the past 5 seasons. I’ve been booked for every summer season usually by January. Easy to work with and if you have any questions they are very responsive getting back to you.

Best website out there!! Owners are verified and as an owner you can speak directly to a potential tenant before accepting a booking. Great exposure and easy to use!!!

I have been using VRLBI for my condo listing #1912 for the last 5 years. All of my bookings have come from this website. All of the owners are verified personally by the owner and Duane is great to work with if you have any questions or issues. I highly recommend this website to advertise your LBI listing!

VRLBI made our first rental season incredibly smooth. Their platform is intuitive, their videos and market update emails are genuinely helpful, and they were easy to reach when I had questions. I appreciate having full control over our listing. We’ve had great guests so far and will absolutely continue using VRLBI moving forward.

VRLBI #2248: We originally started with the "other one" in the early 2000's. After a few years, the lack of flexibility got to us. We discovered VRLBI thru a neighbor and haven't looked back. In the 10 years we've listed, we haven't had an open week. 100% satisfied.

Listing on VRLBI was a great decision. Renters have been quality tenants and easy to deal with. I'm seeing significantly more activity on this site than we were getting from the realtor we were using. Site is intuitive and easy to use but if there is a need for help they are very responsive.
