I started listing my beach house for rent through VRLBI several years ago and it has been wonderful! It is very easy to set up a listing, add photos, update calendar, etc. I'm also listed on another national site, but find the VRLBI inquiries to be from families that truly know and love LBI. Many of the families that I've found through VRLBI have become my regular tenants that take excellent care of our rental home. Truly grateful for this site.

Listing 1561. VRLBI has made it much easier to find family renters that are already familiar renting at the Jersey Shore. Now that NJ taxes other platforms (12%!), VRLBI is more cost effective for both owners and renters.

We use VRLBI for our property in Ship Bottom. The software is very easy to use and has gotten the results we wanted. The customer service is excellent. E-mails are returned promptly. The fees are very reasonable. Overall, it is a great value.

The best way to rent on LBI! Best rental rates no additional fees direct contact with the owner. This is the only way we rent houses on the island now.

As an owner in Beach Haven, I am very grateful for the VRLBI service provided by Duane and team. The value for the money relative to VRBO, Air BnB or the realtors is very good. The video tutorials he provides are helpful, but I often don't even need them because the site is very intuitive to use for my vacation rental purposes.

VRLBI has proven itself to be the apex marketing rental portal for LBI and BH & G handles every aspect of the transaction for a simple, easy vacation. Our listing is 2450. We are the 2nd house from the beach. A duplex that offers the entire house for large family gatherings. Walk without traffic back and forth to the beach or 2 blocks to Skipper Dipper & Acme.
