I’ve been using them for the past five years to rent my Beach Haven Home, and will continue to do so .They set up systems for my tenants to automatically review my property, regularly check in throughout the year, and provide helpful stats on where I should be with my rentals. They also have a much broader reach than I do when it comes to getting in front of the right audience!

I have used this site to promote the rental of my family's beach house since 2018. This site has been very successful in assisting me in renting the beach house. VRLBI site is user friendly and includes tutorials on to help rent and use of the site .

Have worked with VRLBI for almost 10 years! My listing number is 43, so my listing is one of the first 50 listings! Duane has been extremely helpful over the years. His statistical analysis of the LBI rental market is a very powerful tool for owners and renters. The website is easy to use, allowing renters to zoom into their desired areas on LBI. The direct approach saves renters 11.65% in sales and occupancy taxes, plus there are no other fees, over other popular websites like VRBO! Would highly recommend owners and renters to use this site!

VRLBI is a MUST if you want to rent your home in LBI. They have the best customer service. They will walk you through the process step by step and they are always available for questions. They don't take a percentage of your rental which is amazing compared to the other sites or using a real estate company. They have no hidden fees. I can't say it enough that my experience with VRLBI has been excellent- I highly recommend using VRLBI. This is our home that they have helped us so much. VRLBI is a user-friendly platform for vacation rental properties. The platform offers a referral service for owners & renters with no booking fees. As an owner, one of the features I love the most is the opportunity to directly contact renters before accepting a booking. This affords owners the opportunity to interview potential renters and provide critical information on the property. I absolutely prefer the easy to navigate website over those offered by other well known vacation rental platforms. If you are an owner, VRLBI is a must! If you are a renter, save on booking fees by booking directly through VRLBI!
