This is the first year listing our oceanfront home on VRLBI. The summer weeks rented quickly and now just a few fall weeks remain available. Could not be happier with the online exposure, number/quality of rental inquiries, and support from VRLBI.

I've been using VRLBI to rent my summer home for the past 5 years. It has been very easy to navigate and has been very good resource to find renters.

I have had a great experience with using VRLBI to rent my place for the last 8 years. I am able to add a realtor to handle the inquiries and interact with the renters each week but I am copied to keep track of activity. I know others work directly with renters which seems to work well. I chose to have the convenience of someone managing the process. There have been some changes to the rental guidelines and regulations over the years and Duane and his team communicate this information with owners to help keep on top of things. I have been very pleased with the people who have rented my place through VRLBI.

The VRLBI site is exceptional . It provides an easy way to list my house, display photos and provide information about my rental. For their cost to value it's a great deal. They don't take a commission, it's only a modest yearly cost which works out for renters and owners. You can even reach out to an actual human to have a conversation about strategies which is helpful.
