    This property is a sanctuary with it's unique location, tucked in a corner. The heated poole make it accessible year round and the birds! The 3 kayaks provide access to the abundance of nature that surround you. But you needn't take a kayak out to experience the fantastic bird-life. Just stand on the deck and take it all in!

    As a new LBI home owner, I LOVE using VRLBI to rent my home. I listed the property on other rental sites but ultimately removed my listings there because I love the control I have with VRLBI. The process of setting up my listing for rentals was so simple thanks to all the self help videos. The customer service has been responsive and helpful.

    Based on my experience with other online rental listings websites, prior to switching my two properties to VRLBI years ago, VRLBI offers the easiest user interface for both the homeowners and guests. The best part is that VRLBI leaves total control of the leasing process up to the homeowner. Staff has been extremely helpful with porting over one of my listings and always prompt in answering any questions.

    I have had a great experience with using VRLBI to rent my place for the last 8 years. I am able to add a realtor to handle the inquiries and interact with the renters each week but I am copied to keep track of activity. I know others work directly with renters which seems to work well. I chose to have the convenience of someone managing the process. There have been some changes to the rental guidelines and regulations over the years and Duane and his team communicate this information with owners to help keep on top of things. I have been very pleased with the people who have rented my place through VRLBI.
