VRLBI is the premier site for renting out your property or finding a property to rent on Long Beach Island. We have used it for years and have been very pleased with the results and the personal nature of it. Fully recommended as the best way to rent on LBI.

As a homeowners, this site has reduced our marketing/advertising budget therefore reducing our rental rates ( no commissionsto rental agencies and no state rental taxes). As prospective renters, the site is easy to navigate, focuses on the renter's budget, specific area where you want to be located and house specifics. It's been a win-win.

This site is invaluable to list and rent our property. I have used it also to search out and rent weeks for family and it is the best option there is out there!

VRLBI is a fantastic resource for rental properties on LBI

I had never hosted guests before at my property. Everyone I spoke with who has had experience with this told me that there was no way that I was going to be able to manage this on my own and that I needed to hire a management company or realtor to get reputable rentals and successfully handle the process. VRLBI has made this so easy and Duane and his team have been there at the drop of a hat to answer any questions or concerns; even once to comfort a potential guest who was skeptical to to trust any resource at all. As a owner of my property, vrlbi listing # 934, I am very happy using VRLBI. I received 3 weekly bookings from VRLBI for my summer rental 2024, There are no fees paid by the renter. The renter saves on sales tax too with direct booking with owner. VRLBI always informs you on new regulations, reminds you to keep your listing calendar up-to-date and provides inventories of all lbi homes of unbooked weeks for marketing purposes. VRLBI is a great website if you are searching to rent a property at the Jersey Shore. The best part is you deal directly with the owner or property manager.

I was one of the first people to join VRLBI (#34) at its inception. I took a chance leaving VRBO because I was so unhappy with everything about it. It truely proved to be a very wise move. VRLBI addressed all the concerns I had with VRBO and created a fabulous website for homeowners and renters alike. It is very easy to maneuver through the site but if there is ever a technology question, Dwayne is always there to assist. The price is very fair with no added fees and the customer service is excellent. There is nothing negative about this search tool, so if you are considering joining as an owner or a renter, don’t hesitate for a minute! Do it! You won’t be sorry!!!

VRBLI made being a landlord easy. Duane walked me through my first listing (#71). We always fill our weeks. I love that there is no service fee. It is easy to narrow your search to fit your needs!

VRLBI allows me to deal directly with the customer. Dealing directly with the customer is so much easier for me than the system that VRBO has evolved to. I feel that I can provide better service to renters in addition to keeping their costs lower.
