I used VRLBI to book a weekly vacation rental property for my family for a number of years with great success. And now as a homeowner on LBI (listing #3123), I book rentals at my property exclusively though VRLBI. The site is not only easy to use but also highly efficient and effective. And Duane provides helpful emails regularly along with great customer service. I highly recommend VRLBI for both renters and owners!

Transitioned my two properties from VRBO who charge exorbitant Guest service fees, Lodging taxes, Processing Fees coupled with extremely poor customer service and this year they introduced penalties for Owners. Transitioning to VRLBI saved each weekly guest over $1000/wk in eliminated expenses and in this economy was very much welcomed. During the 2024 season I reached out to Duane who promptly listed one of my properties. A few weeks later I gave him my other property. VRLBI saved my season by continuing my revenue stream while VRBO rental bookings went flat. I highly recommend all owners to switch to VRLBI from their existing online provider.

As a homeowner, I highly recommend VRLBI as a great listing site for owners. They are so much better than VRBO or Airbnb. Setting and updating my rental rates is a snap on VRBLI while it is very cumbersome and time consuming on VRBO. This is particularly true for seasonal rates. Also, as an owner, I love the fact that I don't have to charge my renters any taxes and they also don't pay any website fees (like they do if they rent via VRBO or Airbnb. For peak summer weeks, that can save the renter thousands of dollars. Also, VRLBI's customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

The best thing I've done since buying the house was join VRLBI. Duane was extremely helpful about details and how to list my house. Forget any of the other sites(vrbo, airbnb etc...) VRLBI is the easiest to use and most reasonable for renting your house.

I have used this site for 3 years and have had no problems renting my condo for the summer and for the straddle months as well. I don't use any other advertising and I haven't had a vacant week.

I utilize VRLBI as an owner to advertise my seasonal rental listing. I began my subscription in Spring of 2023 and have been very pleased. The fee is reasonable, the site is easy to use and when I've had a question I get a response in reasonable time. We are nearly booked for the 2024 season and marketing our listing on VRLBI has helped us achieve this.
