I left VRBO many years ago when that website took the control away from the owner to see if the potential renter was a good fit. In addition VRBO started charger the renter and the owner fees / tax etc. More importantly, VRLBI is a family owned business and they care about their customers. They have the personal touch that is unmatched with the support when needed. Both Duane and Whitney are true professionals. I always get all the bookings that I could ever ask for, There is no need to use any other booking service ever. The website offers all that any owner or renter could ever ask for! I have been with them for over 12 years now and would go nowhere else ever!

I have been a landlord using VRLBI for years now. My rentals are mostly filled by VRLBI customers! I appreciate the ability to communicate directly with renters and make sure that they will be a great match for my properties. Duane, the VRLBI owner is alway available to answer any questions about the website. We even discuss the best rental strategy for the properties. Our customers appreciate the value that they get by dealing directly with us as the owners, instead of messaging through a booking website. Smart landlords will take advantage of the VRLBI site.

I started using VRLBI for my seasonal rental #1977 in 2021. It was our first year renting our home and I was not familiar with the platform. There are multiple self-help videos to guide you through the set up and management. If you still need help, as I did, you can send an email and receive a prompt response. I was shocked when my phone rang and it was the owner calling to walk me through my problem and help me. The options for photos and video make my site appealing and that has resulted in fully rented seasons. I highly recommend VRLBI for anyone looking to rent or list their property.

Can’t say enough good things about VRLBI! I eliminated my other forms of advertising because I didn’t need them. None of them provide the unique, LBI focused service that VRLBI provides! Highly recommend!
