My whole experience of listing with VRLBI has been stress free. I was able to rent all the weeks I wanted to and all of the renters so far have been very considerate of my home, #2622. Highly recommend VRLBI.

Very easy to navigate and modify the portal controlled by the owner. The updates and latest rental trends provided by VRLBI are spot on and very helpful. The VRLBI site brought in more tenants to look and book the property than a Realtor.

VRLBI is a great site. I love how the homes are listed by town with a map, making it easy to search for what you are looking for. Brighton Beach is such a small section of the island, so instead of searching 18 miles of the island I can click on just Brighton Beach and search the roughly 10 block radius. This site also doesn’t add in extra processing/booking fees like the other rental sites do. I would highly recommend this site when searching for your LBI vacation rental!

VRLBI makes it so easy to rent out my house myself without having to use a realtor. Duane is always sending helpful tips on how to maximize your exposure and get the best results for your listing and I have had no problem renting my house for the weeks I want to rent. There are so many how-to videos, which make it easy for you to prepare and update your listing. Duane and his staff are always so responsive to any questions that I have and get right back to me. The renters love that there are no extra fees. I’m so glad VRLBI was recommended to me and I highly recommend it to others.

Awesome website!! Love that it is local and that owners and renters have easy access to each other to ask/answer questions. The manager of the website provides such helpful information for both owners and renters, and the site is super easy to use with many search parameters and other information. I have used the site both as an owner and as a renter!

As an owner of a rental property in LBI, VRLBI has become clearly my best marketing tool and definitely my preferred means of making contact with potential renters. Over the past 15 years I've worked with all the national rental websites and nothing compares to VRLBI.

As the owner of an LBI home that I rent out seasonally, using VRLBI.com is a pleasure. The middleman (realtor or other online rental site) is eliminated which means direct contact w/the renter--which is reassuring and much more personal to both the renter and owner. And I have never encountered any sort of glitches with VRLBI.com and am one happy customer!

VRLBI is a great site for booking a Beach Vacation. I've used them for years. No extra fees(which could save over $1000 vs VRBO or AIRBNB), very responsive to emails, they know the Jersey shore and even helped when the Hotel/Sales tax almost went through>

The best website for LBI rentals. It is nice to have a local option to those national websites. As a owner, I also appreciate that you pay for the advertisement itself and not a commission on each rental. Other vacation rental websites prevent any kind of phone communication with the renter prior to the rental, out of fear that users would try to deal outside the platform to avoid the commission. This made those other websites unusable for my father, who likes to talk to tenants prior to renting.

Best site for supporting home owners and connecting renters with exactly what they need. The savings for the renters and the ease of use for the owners allows for a win/win situation all around. I always recommend this over the other sites.
