As an owner in Beach Haven, I am very grateful for the VRLBI service provided by Duane and team. The value for the money relative to VRBO, Air BnB or the realtors is very good. The video tutorials he provides are helpful, but I often don't even need them because the site is very intuitive to use for my vacation rental purposes.

VRLBI has proven itself to be the apex marketing rental portal for LBI and BH & G handles every aspect of the transaction for a simple, easy vacation. Our listing is 2450. We are the 2nd house from the beach. A duplex that offers the entire house for large family gatherings. Walk without traffic back and forth to the beach or 2 blocks to Skipper Dipper & Acme.

I think this is the future. A real estate service that charges a (modest) one time fee and does not cut into your profits or burden the guest. In all my dealings, they have been prompt, responsive and professional. Recommend highly.

VRLBI has been a great platform for us the past 5 seasons. I’ve been booked for every summer season usually by January. Easy to work with and if you have any questions they are very responsive getting back to you.
