This site is the best for finding a home on LBI. As a property owner, I appreciate the care the owner takes in confirming details and updating us on rental trends on the island. If you are an owner or a renter, this site is the best.

I have been using VRLBI for 6 or 7 years and it has been a wonderful resource for the rental market. The site has fair pricing and pretty good coverage. The competition, VRBO, is almost worthless since their fees are ridiculously high and add up to 25% to the cost of a rental. Keep up the good work.

Took me a while to get the hang of managing my own listing, but once I did, super doable! Duane is great and so is his staff! VRLBI is a great way to find guests, especially off-season.

Wonderful site to list LBI rentals. They advertise heavily and receive lots of web traffic. Renters communicate directly with owners. A true winner for everyone.

After dealing with other advertising sites it was refreshing to find VRLBI. Duane has taken an unselfish approach to showing my property to potential renters. Everybody wins! I also enjoy his hands on business style. I remember a few years ago when I was looking for a new company, I called VRLBI. Not only did I speak to a person, but it was Duane that answered the phone. Thank you to everyone at VRLBI for making the landlord experience much easier.

Duane and the crew at VRLBI are absolutely the most important marketing tool that I have available to me as a landlord. We own a property on LBI that we have rented exclusively through VRLBI. The quality of candidates that we get is top rate and the support and information that’s constantly being given to us is so valuable in understanding the market conditions and suggestions on how to position our property in its highest and best light. VRLBI is the best! We have had no shortage of renters and haven’t used a realtor or another site in years. It’s easy to use, the cost is very reasonable and most important, you maintain control and communication with your potential renters. I can’t recommend VRLBI strongly enough!

VRLBI is a wonderful service -- so much better than the national services. It attracts wonderful renters and provides very useful and personal support. I couldn't be more happy with the service. They think of everything.

Not only does it save the taxes for renter, but Duane is incredible. He follows up with you if needed, he sends tips and tricks, etc. I highly recommend this company.

I was fortunate to have bought my house on LBI in the early days of VRLBI (VRLBI Property #156) and watched its popularity explode with both owners and renters. I sell out every year and have saved countless $ in Realtors fees over the years. Website is very easy to navigate for owners and renters.

I used to use vrbo and was so frustrated with them taking away things and restricting me from being the homeowner who wants to be involved with their rental process. . Vrlbi was exactly what I was looking for. I am able to rent my house every year for the weeks I want to. I have no issues with getting enough inquiries and the website is easy to use. I highly recommend using this service for listing or renting a home.

By far the best site to find LBI rentals. Many listings here are not on VRBO or AirBnb. And the rents are lower because there are no fees.

Absolutely love VRLBI. It meets all of our advertising needs for our beach house rental. Through our use of VRLBI, we've been able to rent all of our available weeks and even start a summer waitlist. VRLBI allows us to maximize profit and avoid high commission rates so we can keep rental prices fair and reasonable for our guests. Basically, our annual fee for all our advertising needs equals the commission we would pay to a real estate agency for just a ONE week rental. The customer service, communication, and tips they provide to their customers are all great. Highly recommend.

Duane is the reason I became confident in my choices when I began renting out my beach house. The website can be overwhelming. I suggest you take notes until it becomes familiar and easy to use. Updating our own listings really helps attract attention. Follow his advice on how to get renters! Responding asap, calling/ screaming them, etc… Another reason for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is Duane’s communication of important information affecting our (all VRLBI) rentals: legislation, advocacy, consumer trends, etc. He knows what he’s talking about. And is a good example of “if you possess knowledge, share it!”

VRLBI is the best! I have used their platform since we’ve rented our home, and will continue to do so. I’m able to deal with my prospective renters directly, which in my opinion, gives us the greatest potential for a successful tenant interaction and positive experience for all.
