We closed on our home 07/2019 and thanks to vrlbi for the 2020 season we are fully booked!! The site is awesome, convenient and saves a ton on realtor commission!! I'm so grateful!

VRLBI is fantastic! We love it! How refreshing to post your house and then be able to book it yourself and receive payment! Having contact with potential renters is priceless! We hope VRLBI never gets like VRBO with all the service fees etc.! I’ve never heard a bad word about VRLBI!❤️

So thankful for VRLBI. We worked with the other companies and it was a nightmare. VRLBI is wonderful!!!! I can actually speak with potential tenants and there are no hidden fees. They are always available if needed for any kind of help with our listing. Kept us updated with the looming tax laws. Can't thank you enough for starting this company. We will be with them for all of our rentals.

Vrlbi has been super helpful any time I have had a question. Tenants have no booking fees and now no longer have a tax to pay. I’m very happy to keep my properties listed with them.

VRLBI has been wonderful in helping us rent our home on LBI. It is extremely user friendly for both owners and renters and compared to HomeAway or VRBO, has no hidden charges for the renters and no state occupancy taxes charged since the rentals are managed directly between owners and renters. We highly recommend both owners and renters to use their services. In fact, we are considering dropping our rental spot on HomeAway in favor of VRLBI.

This is an easy to use site for rentals at Jersey Shore. They don’t charge a service fee and you deal directly with the property owner/manager. Some online vacation rental sites are charging up to 10% in addition to the weekly rental rate. Why pay that fee when you can use VRLBI?

Duane and crew are awesome. So easy to advertise our rental property, easy to update and keep track of things. Lots of traffic to the site, plenty of people looking to rent. Duane has also been a huge asset to those of us that don't live on LBI year round by providing updates and valuable info. Great service all around! Definitely the way to go if you are looking to rent out your house, one reasonable annual price vs paying a realtor $$$ for each week. Thanks Duane!

2020 was the 1st season I used An online rental company. VRLBI was highly recommended as the best choice to use for Our LBI home. By March our home was completely booked. We have contracted with VRLBI for the 2021 Season. Our property is #1370. Please look it up!!

As a homeowner on LBI for over 30 years, we are so happy we switched our on line listing to VRLBI! What we like about the site, it allows us to get in touch with the perspective renter and communicate directly with them. In addition, Dwayne, the site manager is extremely helpful and easily available should we have questions or concerns. We were one of his early listings in 2017 and we are pleased to see how his inventory of homes has grown. Kudos to Dwayne & the VRLBI crew!!

I am very pleased with using VRLBI to rent out my vacation home in Barnegat Light. I had used another vacation rental website for many years and became increasingly frustrated over constantly rising fees to travelers as well as to me. Inability to communicate efficiently with that website was the norm. VRLBI has turned this around. The founder (Duane) has created a website that is very user-friendly, with many how-to videos to help navigate the rental process. He is very responsive to questions and is more than happy to help. He sends out timely updates with important information for owners and travelers. I highly recommend VRLBI to owners and travelers alike!

I love that our guests have the opportunity to speak to us before booking our home at 266 N 5th Street In Surf City. Also, they don’t have to pay the sales tax and hospitality tax that they have to pay on those other sites. That saves our guests over 17%. If I ever have a question, I’m able to speak directly to the owner of VRLBI. Best site to find the home on LBI for your family vacation!

VRLBI is a company I would definitely recommend! The website is easily navigable and has helped me tremendously with advertising. Connecting with renters is made easier with no third party involved like Air Bnb or VRBO, so guests don't have to pay additional fees! If you're looking to rent your home or searching for a rental, this is the company to use!

Best way to rent your LBI home. The founder is very much on the cutting edge of rental websites. He competes with the 'big guys' on many levels - but does not rip you or your renters off for his services. He is truly someone who cares about LBI and it's future. As demonstrated by his recent fight against the horrible SHORE TAX - that we all had to endure for one season. VRLBI sees the BIG PICTURE. What is good for our renters, is good for LBI, is good for home owners. So happy to have this website and happy to leave VRBO/HOME-AWAY. They have their place - but it is not LBI.
