VRLBI is better than any other renting site! Great value and service!

VRLBI is by far where your rental should be listed. Their website is user friendly. They basically do the hard work for you and facilitate an easy and seamless connection between owners and renters. Renters have full control of their rentals and have direct communication with renters, without red tape from VRLBI. (Not so easy with VRBO who charge for every move and control most of the rental process) Why pay more and worry about your summer home when VRBLI can help you rent your home while you enjoy your summer worry free? And if there is the slightest concern they always return calls and emails to address those concerns. No need to go anywhere else!

Excellent website to advertise and rent your property. You are not tied into the fees that has to be paid to the other big rental companies. The support team is extremely responsive and provides support within an hour or so. I would definitely highly recommend this site to anyone who would like to advertise their property for rent in LBI, NJ.

We have been with VRLBI since the start and each yr I notice more and more houses with their VRLBI rental sign. WE are very happy with this site and Duane. First off, it's nice to get to speak with a "person" when you call with a question or a problem. Not like the other websites where you get a different person each time, sometimes you are getting a call center where they are just reading a script of answers..."No mam, thank you mam, I understand your frustration mam, we will try to help you mam, " ... I find myself hating to deal when there is a problem w Homeaway/VRBO. Also another big factor is you get your money when the deposit arrives, Homeaway now has started to keep your money until the tenant checks in. If you want your money sooner, you must pay a 3% fee to GET YOUR MONEY FROM THEM!! Also charging them an average 6% commission and the sales/occupancy tax... VRLBI is the way to go for listing your property!!

This is a great website. Deal directly with owners and stop paying all those stupid fees! Plus most times when you deal direct you will not have to pay the new hotel tax. This is a much needed website that gives owners options instead of the big vacation rental monapolies! Duane is a national treasure! He is a real person and if you have an issue will work it out with you. His personal service has helped me many times. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is to have this website available to homeowners and most of my business now comes fee free!

VRLBI has been the major tool in renting out our home for the summer season! They are always there to help if we need them. If you are not advertising on VRLBI for your LBI property, you should be!

Duane has been a great help to get our town on the map without all the high fees. I don't know why anyone would rent with HomeAway, VRBO or Airbnb. Highway Robbery! I'm so glad he started this website. I hope he get the mobile app next to make checking calendar and such easier! Duane is quick to respond to my questions and suggestions. We closed on our home 07/2019 and thanks to vrlbi for the 2020 season we are fully booked!! The site is awesome, convenient and saves a ton on realtor commission!! I'm so grateful!

VRLBI has been wonderful in helping us rent our home on LBI. It is extremely user friendly for both owners and renters and compared to HomeAway or VRBO, has no hidden charges for the renters and no state occupancy taxes charged since the rentals are managed directly between owners and renters. We highly recommend both owners and renters to use their services. In fact, we are considering dropping our rental spot on HomeAway in favor of VRLBI.

This is an easy to use site for rentals at Jersey Shore. They don’t charge a service fee and you deal directly with the property owner/manager. Some online vacation rental sites are charging up to 10% in addition to the weekly rental rate. Why pay that fee when you can use VRLBI?

Duane and crew are awesome. So easy to advertise our rental property, easy to update and keep track of things. Lots of traffic to the site, plenty of people looking to rent. Duane has also been a huge asset to those of us that don't live on LBI year round by providing updates and valuable info. Great service all around! 2020 was the 1st season I used An online rental company. VRLBI was highly recommended as the best choice to use for Our LBI home. By March our home was completely booked. We have contracted with VRLBI for the 2021 Season. Our property is #1370. Please look it up!!

As a homeowner on LBI for over 30 years, we are so happy we switched our on line listing to VRLBI! What we like about the site, it allows us to get in touch with the perspective renter and communicate directly with them. In addition, Dwayne, the site manager is extremely helpful and easily available should we have questions or concerns. We were one of his early listings in 2017 and we are pleased to see how his inventory of homes has grown. Kudos to Dwayne & the VRLBI crew!!

I am very pleased with using VRLBI to rent out my vacation home in Barnegat Light. I had used another vacation rental website for many years and became increasingly frustrated over constantly rising fees to travelers as well as to me. Inability to communicate efficiently with that website was the norm. VRLBI has turned this around. The founder (Duane) has created a website that is very user-friendly, with many how-to videos to help navigate the rental process. He is very responsive to questions and is more than happy to help.
