I was able to rent out my house fully utilizing this website. I also loved the customer service / prompt response to any email's I sent with a ?. I would highly recommend this site as an alternative to AirBnb and VRBO. I found it overall a top notch rental platform.

VRLBI has helped me fill my empty weeks. Easy to refer potential tenants to my site to see pictures, rates, etc. Within a day of signing up, I had my first tenant! I highly recommend VRLBI!

VRLBI has been Heaven sent! It has helped us fill our rental with tenants for the last 3 yrs now. Website is easy to navigate and Duane is only an email away if you need any help. I would definitely recommend using VRLBI for your rental properties!

The VRLBI model of not charging a percentage for each booking allows me offer my house for rent here much cheaper then if I used a realtor or Home Away or VRBO. It is the best place to find a rental on LBI

VRLBI has been great for us. The website gives us a place to send people to see pictures of our home. The street signs that come with membership have brought us some renters as well. Duane is attentive to all email and phone requests. He has been very helpful with providing information that got us started and kept us going.

I love that my customers don't have to pay a fee to use VRLBI! We were very frustrated with other vacation rental website that blocked phone numbers so that we were not able to communicate with potential guests until after the booking was complete. Not so with VRLBI. It is a great tool for both renters and owners. Also, VRLBI worked hard to overturn the shore tax!

User-friendly website "VRLBI" has so many vacation home offerings on the Island from Barnegat Light to Holgate, wherever you wish to look. As an owner and user, Duane Watlington has responded to my posting questions immediately, offering suggestions, and walking me through the steps to completion. He is supportive and pro-active. I enjoy managing my own property and corresponding directly with my tenants. I want to be hands on through each phase, and have had success in finding new and wonderful tenants that have become repeat vacationers to our home.

VRLBI has been helped me become a successful landlord and I value the services that it provides tremendously. We purchased our beach house the same year that VRLBI began and have seen the growth of the site take off. All of the renters I speak with now have heard of or have used VRLBI. The rates to list my homes are very fair and reasonable, the customer service is responsive and the visibility of the site on the Island and beyond has increased resulting in more bookings for me. I’ve owned a home for 20 years and used everything from realtors to Vrbo. When Vrlbi was developed I joined! I never looked back! Duane is great!!! Very responsive if you have any questions and always looking to make the system better! Just bought a new home and I dined it up right away!

Great way to advertise a seasonal beach house rental! VRLBI provides direct communication and no booking fees for the tenants. Duane and his team are very knowledgeable to the local rental market, and they respond directly by answering all questions.. VRLBI worked very hard to help eliminate the Shore Tax.
