(2022) I am a new home / rental owner on LBI and I can't say enough positive things about Duane/VRLBI. Even before I signed up as a paying customer, he would go out of his way to provide me invaluable information about how to get started, things to watch out for, best service providers cleaning/linens/etc, and how to maximize rental revenue. My rental was filled within 6-weeks of going live, and I did not list on any other sites. I would 100% recommend this service and have told many friends already! (2023) I'm revisiting this review, because it has been another year with VRLBI. I am fully booked again! Duane/VRLBI's platform and insights were instrumental in getting my renters. I can't say enough positive things about them and their value proposition.

VRLBI has been a wonderful host to offer our vacation rental. The team has offered guidance and suggestions which have delivered. Many thanks for a well designed product and silent partner in our investment property.

Had a fantastic experience using VRLBI to rent our home. Absolutely night and day from the nightmare that is VRBO. The personalized customer service at VRLBI makes the whole process seamless. Not only is it a really well run site, it’s is also the best way to get results. My place was fully rented in less than two weeks, all with leads from VRLBI. I really appreciated the hands on help with my listing. The site is easy to navigate and edit. If you think you need to use the National sites for exposure, you’re wrong. VRLBI is the only site I’ll use going forward. The fantastic customer service and ability to speak directly to renters can’t be beat.

This is the BEST site for advertising and booking for rental homes on Long Beach Island. Looking for a place to stay; the island is divided into townships so an island location is easy to find. Also, there are no additional fees or site charges and now no NJ Tax. If you list your home on this site there are many benefits: the subscription fee is low, the site just covers LBI, no additional fees for your guests, guest contact info is provided immediately - you are in the driver’s seat. I have stopped listing on all other sites - all my rentals now come through VRLBI.

I was able to get a few additional rentals from VRLBI to support my primary source of AirBNB. It was definitely worth the small listing fee. Duane is extremely responsive. he provides excellent customer service, which is very hard to come by.

VRLBI has established itself as the the Go-To resource for vacation rentals in LBI. It is user friendly for property owners as much as it is for renters, reasonably priced and very transparent. It is kind of how vrbo used to be before it was take over by expedia. It is a clear all thumbs up site to the extent that I dropped other more nationally and internationally established sites.

I use vrlbi to list my home. It’s such a better value than listing with a realtor and I can talk to renters myself before sending out a lease. The cost to me is low and my renters don’t pay any additional fees which drive cost up by about 25pct on other online vacation rental sites. I have had questions about my listing and gotten almost immediately help. I also think for renters it’s a great option bc they verify ownership of homes so they don’t have to worry they are being scammed.

No hidden fees. Great communication, prompt response. High quality rentals. Never disappoints!

I would only use VRLBI. The owner was helpful setting up my site. I get to speak to the tenant before I decide to rent to them. You do t have any service fees when you rent it . The tenant pays a lot less because they don’t pay the occupancy tax and have no service fees.

I have been with VRLBI since Duane launched this great site for LBI owners and renters. It is super easy to navigate as an owner. Notifications are texted to me immediately when there is a potential renter, no time is wasted to reply to renters. Duane also emails updates on tax information and answered all my emails.

VRLBI has made renting our Beach Haven Bungalow very easy and efficient! It's excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in LBI.

Great value and the owner Duane is very responsive. Unlike VRBO, you deal with the tenant directly and get paid directly. You don't have to wait for your rental $.

I have listed our vacation home on VRLBI since the website was released. VRLBI provides the service that I need without assessing me or my guests any fees. When I've had issues with the site, VRLBI promptly provided the assistance I needed. While I still have a listing on VRBO (commission basis) most of my rentals over the last few years have been through VRLBI. I highly recommend VRLBI for owners of rental properties.

I have been able to book my beach house rental quicker through VRLBI. I no longer need to use a realtor and pay a percentage of my rental income. I get many inquiries. Love VRLBI

Duane, who runs the site, is a pleasure to deal with. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly. The site is easy to manage and I get to my renters before they rent unlike VRBO. Would highly recommend the site for listing and renting

I have used VRLBI for several years. They have a great platform. You pay a reasonable listing for, send in the details of your own and pictures and wait for the potential tenants to contact you. There is no middleman so to speak. He speak directly to the potential tenant and answer any questions and kind of size them up to see if they are what you want. There are no additional fees or commissions. If you need tech help just call the office and they will straighten out all your problems. I am very very satisfied with them.

As a vacation home owner, I love working with VRLBI. They deliver great vacationers for our property, allow us to work directly with our guests and do so with out added fees to the travelers, as AirBnB does. We've been partners for years, and will definitely continue again in 2022!

The VRLBI site is very intuitive and offers clear and detailed information on the listings to assist families with finding the right homes that meet their specific expectations.
