I have been a member since 2017 and I love the ease of this site. I list with VRLBI to help my renters save in fees and taxes that they would have to pay on other vacation rental sites.

VRLBI is now the market leader in rentals on Long Beach Island. In just a couple of years they went from zero to over a thousand properties on LBI and have surpassed VRBO. I get half of my prime season rentals through VRLBI. No commissions, reasonable subscription price, FULL communication with guests, and I handle ALL my own payments. It is the best place to list and book rentals on Long Beach Island.

I made an early committment to Duane's site(member #39)...I was very hopeful that he would be succesfull and he has proven to be a very smart and knowledgeable business person. Continued success Duane.

VRLBI is wonderful. It displays your property to a large group of potential responsible renters. Duane, the founder, is accessible to help with technical questions. I listed my property for the first time this year, and almost immediately I was able to rent four weeks to terrific people. I highly recommend this website. B. Hoffman

VRLBI is Simply The Best. From the first year I signed up with them, I have had many inquiries and bookings and am grateful for their website, as it has provided me with more rentals than any other website. I used to advertise on VRBO and Homeaway, but their policies changed. They now control the rentals listed on their sites and the owners of the properties are no longer in charge. All I can say is that I'm happy to have found VRLBI to advertise my rental. They provide excellent customer service and are very reasonably priced.

As an owner the most important feature of this website is that the prospective renter can be spoken with prior to renting. Thus, the appropriateness of the house for the renter can be determined. VRLBI also keeps the owners informed about the rental market and government regulations. It helps that both the owner and the renter save on fees by going through VRLBI.

I've filled my summer weeks with great people from this site. I've been using VRLBI since it started. Was fed up with complexity of VRBO and others. This is a great service if you just want to advertise your rental property and conduct the business end on a more personal basis. VRLBI costs less than many others and our guests have NO booking fees and now NO NJ tax.

VRLBI has been the most wonderful resource to us as homeowners who rent our summer home to other families vacationing in LBI. Using this website is truly a win-win for both owners and renters, as there are no additional fees added - it's simply a listing site. It includes all features you would want to be able to track/search in a vacation listing, including reviews from people who have booked through the site and stayed at the property in the past. We especially love being able to work directly with our renters to ensure we provide the best service and vacation experience.

Duane and his team are awesome ! He worked very hard to repeal the New Jersey tax for private homeowners . I definitely had lots of exposure & and many rentals . I will be definitely using VRLBI to list my property .

VRLBI has been very helpful in supporing our rental property with filling year round vacancies at a very fair cost. The cost savings works both ways as guests have no booking fees and no taxes! I give my highest recommendation to this website!

As LBI beach house owners, we feel fortunate to have the services of VRLBI. Our new renters are able to avoid the excessive fees and commissions from online rental sites. Support from Duane has been outstanding!

Great place to search for homes on LBI! You know every home is on Long Beach Island! NO additional fees and taxes like on other websites!!! Owner of VRLBI is a local and works for both the traveler and owners!

VRLBI is the best listing site I have used. There is no charge to the renter and the site makes it easy to search for specific availability and house features (e.g., oceanfront, minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc.) Using VRLBI puts me in control of the rental by allowing direct communications with the renter, and I don't have to charge tax on my rentals when using VRLBI. Every time I've ever had a question or sent an email to the site, the responsiveness has been outstanding.

Absolutely the very BEST in the industry! From its beginnings, owner Duane Wellington has been looking out for an alternative to the very expensive, impersonal sites. His fees are reasonable and his help and service are unmatched! He is terrific to work with and is always looking for ways to improve the site and help all who use it. Having used other sites, this is by far the very best. I deal directly with my guests, offer them MY rental agreement, meet, greet, and continue timeless LBI traditions. A local guy who lives, works, and treasures the unique market that is LBI. Duane, the webmaster, is so helpful in sharing info. VRLBI does not charge a renter a booking fee or tax - it's a win/win for the renter and the homeowner. The site allows for direct communication with guests and maintains a calendar for you, that you update! Duane has always emailed me promptly with answers to questions. I recommend this site highly!

VRLBI has been a tremendous success for our property rentals. We easily received more than ten times as many inquiries from VRLBI than from other online booking services and local realtors, and the website is bug-free, flawless and easy to use. I have very much appreciated Duane's very fast and clear tech support as well as the chance to communicate directly with tenants by phone right after their first inquiry. I highly recommend this service, and tenants obviously prefer the lower price, lack of fees and taxes.

I recommend advertising your rentals with VRLBI. I am booked the whole season. They are less expensive. They do not take a fee from the guests. Easy to set up. Great customer service
