VRLBI is a dream come true! No booking fees for both renter and owner. No taxes! This is a clean deal with no transfer fees or small print type fees! VRLBI is a friendly site, easy to navigate and immediate communication between renter and owner with a threat of fees. VRBO and HomeAway are very costly for both the renter and owner! LOVE VRLBI!

The VRLBI service and website is fantastic. It allows me to interact with and vet my candidate renters. Unlike VRBO which profiteers dramatically, raising costs to renters and owner. Also, VRBO locks out any direct contact I have with renters. Beside those advantages, the site management is very, very responsive to suggestions and questions. A real asset to the Jersey shore

I joined VRLBI a year ago, my Oceanfront in Surf City is listing 40. The No fee booking for customers is why I signed up for two years. I have seen a lot of web traffic and 2 weeks for July and August rented for 2018. I recommend for owners and renters.

Vrlbi is the best site for advertising your home for rent on Long Beach Island. Duane gives a personal touch to everyone. He is readily available to answer questions and guide you with your listing. You can be confident that he is not going to try to rip you off with the greedy practices of the other rental sites. Vrlbi is the only smart choice to go to. Our ads on the other sites have gotten buried and don’t come up unless you put in the listing number. They extort money out of you to get you noticed and you can’t even directly communicate with renters. They force you to book through them and they take a huge commission. We are dropping them and only using Vrlbi.

I listed with VRLBI late in season. I received several inquiries and got one rental in September . Duane was extreme helpful when I signed up, I called him several times and he responded immediately. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. The site was easy to get around.

We purchased our home in May 2017 and had our summer 2017 fully booked in a month mostly because of our VRLBI listing! It was easier to set up and manage the listing than VRBO was. My guests love that they pay no fees, I can easily communicate with and screen my guests, and I have control over my terms. I get paid when guests book instead of waiting for their week to arrive. VRLBI even made and delivered a lawn sign to help me get customers! I'm already getting 2018 booked! I highly recommend you check it out. You won't regret listing with VRLBI. Thanks for making our first season a success!!!!

This is a great website for owners and renters in Long Veach Island. As a owner I have been very happy with the service provided. They are very responsive and I am so glad this site is available for renters and there are no service fees for renters looking to vacation in LBI.

I've used this service before, good listings Site can be hard to use sometimes especially regarding looking at locations for daily rates v weekly Also make sure to read the cancelation policy
