I’ve been renting my home using VBLBI for the past four years. It’s an excellent website that has helped me successfully book properties by following Duane’s advice. The website is user-friendly and keeps bookings up-to-date, which significantly increases an owner’s chances of renting their home. The company consistently strives to enhance the owner-renter experience through its website. VRLBI has proven to be the most effective tool for renting my home. What a great site for booking family vacations at LBI. NO BOOKING FEES, you get to deal directly with the homeowners. Pictures and descriptions are plentiful. Easy to find a getaway for our family.

We have been very successful renting our home through VRLBI. People can find our listing easily. We have the ability to write a very detailed full description with many photos. Customer service is excellent and very helpful! They get back to you very quickly! Rental #2030

VRLBI is THE BEST site to rent your property on. Very user friendly, one fee by owner to post property and no other fees to owner or renter!! Owner has all the control and there are no algorythms. I rent a pet friendly house - Listing #1857 and have had all wonderful renters for 6 years now!

I would highly recommend VRLBI to anyone wanting to rent their property OR anyone looking to rent a home. Not only is it a great site for people to find rental houses - it’s incredibly easy for homeowners to navigate. There are how to videos and Duane is always accessible to answer any questions you may have. I have two listings (#1576, #1945) and have never had any trouble with renting either of them. I am always fully booked and even get the shoulder seasons! Can’t say enough good things about VRLBI! Keep up the good work!

As a homeowners, this site has reduced our marketing/advertising budget therefore reducing our rental rates ( no commissionsto rental agencies and no state rental taxes). As prospective renters, the site is easy to navigate, focuses on the renter's budget, specific area where you want to be located and house specifics. It's been a win-win.
