I started using VRLBI for my seasonal rental #1977 in 2021. It was our first year renting our home and I was not familiar with the platform. There are multiple self-help videos to guide you through the set up and management. If you still need help, as I did, you can send an email and receive a prompt response. I was shocked when my phone rang and it was the owner calling to walk me through my problem and help me. The options for photos and video make my site appealing and that has resulted in fully rented seasons. I highly recommend VRLBI for anyone looking to rent or list their property.

Can’t say enough good things about VRLBI! I eliminated my other forms of advertising because I didn’t need them. None of them provide the unique, LBI focused service that VRLBI provides! Highly recommend!

I have had great success renting my Surf City Beach House (vrlbi 2713) using the VRLBI website. It's so easy to use, I have no need to work with a realtor and that's a big financial savings! There are "how to" videos that cover all my questions. In addition, Duane provides landlords with great insights and advice in his monthly emails.

VRLBI provides all (that is 100%) my rentals inquiries. Few if any of the inquiries are from "flaky" people.

This is the BEST website to advertise your vacation rental property. You set the rental price with no extra fees added on like other websites. You can vet the guest before sending a lease agreement. The website is easy to use, with self-help videos for assistance. The owner of the company is always available to help if need be. The website has a high amount of traffic, which helps to get the rentals you want.
