VRLBI is a great website if you are searching to rent a property at the Jersey Shore. The best part is you deal directly with the owner or property manager.

VRLBI is leaps & bounds above any other rental service on LBI; for Homeowners & Guests alike! Homeowner site is easy to use, and I've had 100% occupancy since signing on. Duane really understands the market, and is excellent about communicating data & tips for success. Guests realize SAVINGS by dealing directly with the Homeowner, and not having to pay middleman, agency or processing Fees. A WIN!-WIN! for Homeowners & their Guests!!

I was one of the first people to join VRLBI (#34) at its inception. I took a chance leaving VRBO because I was so unhappy with everything about it. It truely proved to be a very wise move. VRLBI addressed all the concerns I had with VRBO and created a fabulous website for homeowners and renters alike. It is very easy to maneuver through the site but if there is ever a technology question, Dwayne is always there to assist. The price is very fair with no added fees and the customer service is excellent. There is nothing negative about this search tool, so if you are considering joining as an owner or a renter, don’t hesitate for a minute! Do it! You won’t be sorry!!!

VRBLI made being a landlord easy. Duane walked me through my first listing (#71). We always fill our weeks. I love that there is no service fee. It is easy to narrow your search to fit your needs!

We have used VRLBI for years and wouldn’t use any other site. The site is accurate, consistently updated and the business is local. VRLBI is your one stop shop for renting your home or finding an home to rent.

VRLBI allows me to deal directly with the customer. Dealing directly with the customer is so much easier for me than the system that VRBO has evolved to. I feel that I can provide better service to renters in addition to keeping their costs lower. I ditched VRBO for VRLBI early on. Duane is the creator of the site and has always been accessible and responsive. VRLBI is the only GO TO website that renters and owners trust

If you rent your home or are looking to rent on Lbi there is no equal to using vrlbi. Great exposure, unbeatable listings fees along with local market analysis are my reasons for switching to vrlbi.

I used VRLBI to book a weekly vacation rental property for my family for a number of years with great success. And now as a homeowner on LBI (listing #3123), I book rentals at my property exclusively though VRLBI. The site is not only easy to use but also highly efficient and effective. And Duane provides helpful emails regularly along with great customer service. I highly recommend VRLBI for both renters and owners!

Transitioned my two properties from VRBO who charge exorbitant Guest service fees, Lodging taxes, Processing Fees coupled with extremely poor customer service and this year they introduced penalties for Owners. Transitioning to VRLBI saved each weekly guest over $1000/wk in eliminated expenses and in this economy was very much welcomed. During the 2024 season I reached out to Duane who promptly listed one of my properties. A few weeks later I gave him my other property. VRLBI saved my season by continuing my revenue stream while VRBO rental bookings went flat. I highly recommend all owners to switch to VRLBI from their existing online provider.

As a homeowner, I highly recommend VRLBI as a great listing site for owners. They are so much better than VRBO or Airbnb. Setting and updating my rental rates is a snap on VRBLI while it is very cumbersome and time consuming on VRBO. This is particularly true for seasonal rates. Also, as an owner, I love the fact that I don't have to charge my renters any taxes and they also don't pay any website fees (like they do if they rent via VRBO or Airbnb. For peak summer weeks, that can save the renter thousands of dollars. Also, VRLBI's customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
