Took my (non-Trek) bike to get its noisy brakes checked out. Although the wait for a full tune-up is long right now (hello, spring weather), Jeff triaged my bike right away, fixed the issue, and didn't even charge me for it! Meanwhile Theo kept my 9 year old son occupied by offering a treat (asking permission first), helping size him correctly on a kids bike and letting him test ride, and showing him some tips for safe riding. I was also excited to learn about their monthly basic bike maintenance clinic classes. Thank you Jeff and Theo for your generosity and excellent customer service! We will definitely be back!

Had issues with my bike shifting. I was really worried about cost of repairs and I finally decided to take it in to get looked at. I typically use a shop in DC for all my cycling related needs, but this is a few blocks from my home. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Took it in and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. And the price was VERY reasonable. Don’t even know what I was so worried about. Makes me rethink going all the way to DC!

Theo was very knowledgeable and helped us pick bikes according to everyone’s ability and riding tendencies. He made lots of recommendations to keep our kids safe. When we came back after my son had a crash, he immediately popped the bike up on a stand and checked it over and made adjustments to make sure it was riding smoothly. We’ll be back!

I bought a Trek Roscoe a few months ago and one of the components had an issue. I brought it in to Miguel to see if they could handle it under warranty. Miguel was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem. He took a situation that could have been stressful and made it easy. I highly recommend him and the Rockville store.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They understood my limited knowledge but got my bike tuned up for my Ragbrai ride. Chris the sales manager and Miguel in service were very helpful and not pushy. Will def be back. Hopefully one day I can swing a modern fancy bike!
