We had a number of plumbers out to look at a storm sewer drainage problem and they all quickly jumped to conclusions about what work needed to be done before really analyzing the situation. Thankfully, we didn't use those other plumbers as they were entirely wrong about the nature of the problem. BMW is not inexpensive, but the workmanship is first rate and thus worth it.
