There when I needed them! Had a frozen pipe and some other issues during the cold front. BMW came out the day I called and fixed my problems. Quick response to an "emergency" situation. BMW responded very efficiently to a situation that was somewht of an emergency. Per my request sent out a technician to solve my issue off hours and solved the issue.Quick response to an "emergency" situation. Excellent service! BMW came through as usual sending out a repairman very fast to fix the leak under the kitchen sink. It was only 1 1/2 hours between my call and finishing the job!. However, I was quoted a "total" amount which ended up costing $65 more with no explanation. Additionally, it appears that the plumber drove on the lawn to turn his van around. Why would he do that? In the future, I will request a plumber that we've had in the past from the same firm who we prefer.

Had a sewer backup and BMW responded and arrived in less than 2 hours. THey quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
