From the start, BMW showed they are well organized and reliable. David T came ready to solve the problem, offered advice on the best or worst of a complicated situation. He made the repair efficiently, and thoroughly including clean up, and checked that everything was operating well. We were very satisfied, and will become repeat customers as needed.

Dan did an excellent job this morning. Not only did he execute what the service call was for- checking sump pumps and doing the back flow test on sprinkler system, he checked a kitchen faucet issue.Dan did an excellent job this morning.
