Bailed me out of a jam. Turned away another plumber who we had used many times before as their proposed fee was too high for the effort required. BMW got someone to my house within the same time window and completed the work while saving ... See MoreBailed me out of a jam. Turned away another plumber who we had used many times before as their proposed fee was too high for the effort required. BMW got someone to my house within the same time window and completed the work while saving me money. The plumber was very professional and friendly and left the work site very clean. That said, my cold water faucet now turns on in the opposite direction from my warm....a little weird but hey, it still works.
