BMW Plumbing Inc replaced my hot water heater. They did a great job and they were on time for the appointment. Conrad was good at explaining the different choices to me. Never disappointed. Always prompt, professional service. The technicians are always courteous and patient in explaining the situation. The don't rush the service or try to rush out the door. We live in a 75 year old home, so you can imagine how often things need to be repaired or replaced. We are grateful to have found BMW. They know our home plumbing inside and out. Most recently, they came the very same day when our 25 year old sump pump finally gave out. Within 2 hours we had a working temp in place and a clearly written plan for upgrading the installation site and a permanent replacement. Highly recommend.
