Brian has been out to our house a couple of times in the past few months for a problem toilet. Today he masterfully replaced our 25 year old toilet even though he really had to work to get out a very old repair to the pipes for the older toilet. He is very professional and so patient when I'm looking over his shoulder. I never hesitate to call BMW for all my plumbing needs. I've joined their loyalty program too!
