Service was completed on time. Found that our 2 sump pump failed and some water in the mechanical room. Wanted to fix ASAP to stop water coming in. Every time we have had an issue, they have sent technicians out quickly and efficiently. Their technicians are professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am sure BMW is pricier than some plumbing companies but they are worth every penny and then some. There is nothing better than the peace of mind, knowing the problem has been solved or a game plan has been made to be sure that the issues recur.
