Ethical, professional, job well-done. I've been using BMW Plumbing for 20 years and rely on them for the majority of my plumbing needs simply because they're ethical, professional, and do a good job. Recently, I had my basement checked out because of an odor and it turned out that my laundry pit was really stinky. I had a few companies look at the issue and the range of quotes was shocking. One quote was astronomically high. When I called BMW, I first talked to Andy, who answers the phone. Based on the wide range of fixes I'd been presented with, he sent Mike, the owner, to take a look. Mike offered a simple but effective solution that was very reasonably priced. The plumber he sent out found a secondary cause of the problem when he took the sump apart to clean out the pit, and the problem was solved in two hours for less than $500. I'm grateful to have a company like BMW I can call that values ethics and take pride in a job well-done.

Job well done eventually. Solved my problem of a wobbly toilet. However, the first attempt left the toilet askew. After expressing disappointment the setting of the toilet was corrected.

I needed help. BMW responded and efficiently resolved my problem. I had a gas leak in my garage. Called and had a service call 1 and 1/2 hrs later., Ed took care of the leak in a garage as cold as the outside, around 20 degrees. He was Professional and most efficient in removing and re=-attaching the pipes. I appreciate BMW noting my need for assistance and getting someone to me.
