Mike came out and did a review of what was needed, provided a detailed estimate and a time line as to when it could be done. they came in under the cost, and it was done when they said it would be. I called BMW at the recommendation of a friend who had used them and they called me right back and Brian was here in 30 minutes to fix my kitchen faucet problem. He was kind, courteous and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I will definitely use BMW plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them!

Andy’s management and communication was top notch. His reassurance that they would take care of the issue took away so much anxiety and stress. He sent Christian out who was able to tackle every issue that kept popping up with my kitchen sink (the previous owners cut alottt of corners). He was so courteous and professional and thanks to him I’ve had no issues with my kitchen sink since he’s been out. BMW is going to be my go to with any plumbing issues moving forward and I’m recommending them to EVERYONE!
