We called this morning around 8:30 AM to repair a leaking toilet. Dan, our BMW technician, arrived right on time and fixed our problem promptly and efficiently. Dan left our bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. He took the time to explain everything including the extra work needed to fix our problem.
