Tom was here for a minor problem with my garbage disposal. He noticed that a portion of the plastic that is covering my kitchen ceiling showed signs of another leak. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and will be addressed by the restoration company. Without him I would not have noticed the problem. Now it can be rolled into the restoration project and corrected. Very helpful and nice guy.

I called at 8 AM with a plumbing issue, and by noon, Mario was at my door ready to help. He is a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable young man who immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting the job, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. After the job was completed, Mario gave me a detailed rundown of what was done, and also offered some valuable suggestions for future plumbing maintenance. From the moment I greeted him, I knew I was in good hands. Mario’s professionalism and care made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend BMW Plumbing, and especially Mario, to anyone in need of plumbing services.

BMW has always done a great job for us. Tom explained everything thoroughly and the work was completed smoothly. Our house was cleaner than it started.
