BMW notified us of the eleventh anniversary of our water heater, which coincided with the end of our warranty and suggested that we should get an inspection and possible replacement of the anode depending on condition. Dan was prompt to the minute of our appointment and inspected the unit, replacing the anode and showing its deterioration to us. The procedure took about an hour, exactly as promised.
