Purchased a home that came with the BMW transferable membership package. Figured I would call and I am glad I did. They offered to come out and honor their free annual review for members. Could have easily told me they were out last year and I wouldn't have known. They are Honest! Received a pre-meeting phone call with an ETA, Conrad was right on time. Conrad was awesome..walked me thru the history of their service of my home and gave me tips on maintenance. Knowledgeable, Helpful, Respectful. After the checkup, I hired BMW to replace a leaky shower fixture. Conrad went out of his way to match the difficult-to-find fixture color. Very Impressed with Conrad and BMW's office service. Will look no further."
