My water heater blew spectacularly on a Sunday morning. I turned off all the water in the house. BMW's on-call person came within a couple of hours and changed things so I could at least have cold running water. On Monday, due to the special configuration of my utility closet, Mike came out to figure out what size the new heater should be and what else needed changing.with the piping. The work was done on Tuesdayy, BMW left everything spotless, did a great job with the install, were clean, tidy and very courteous. I'm highly satisfied.

Could have easily told me they were out last year and I wouldn't have known. They are Honest! Received a pre-meeting phone call with an ETA, Conrad was right on time. Conrad was awesome..walked me thru the history of their service of my home and gave me tips on maintenance. Knowledgeable, Helpful, Respectful. After the checkup, I hired BMW to replace a leaky shower fixture. Conrad went out of his way to match the difficult-to-find fixture color. Very Impressed with Conrad and BMW's office service. Will look no further."
