See MoreToilet repair I wasn't sure a repair was even needed, but called Andy and explained the symptoms, and in turn he explained the components, and then dispatched Conrad to investigate and recommend. He was prompt and good-natured and upon examination, determined that the fill valve needed replacement, and along with it, the flapper. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he narrated the steps involved as he worked. The toilet now works quickly and as designed to operate.
