He not only fixed the problem, he explained what he was doing and I could recognize where I had gone wrong. He also indicated how I could tune up my toilets to imorove the swirling action on flushing. He finished the job in about a half hour on which I had wasted two days already. Everything he needed was in his truck. Well worth the $$.

Andy phoned to tell me he'd be about 10 minutes later than the time frame originally given me and I appreciated his courtesy in doing so. He handled the problem efficiently and easily and we were both relieved that it wasn't any worse.
