My usual plumber was unable to fit me in anytime soon. Called BMW and as a first time customer I wasn't sure how fast they would respond- but Conrad came out within an hour. . He diagnosed and repaired the problems quickly and efficiently , and even managed to improve things that i hadn't even thought of. I could not have asked for faster or better service. BMW now has my business going forward. Thank you !
